1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Save My Plate, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Save My Plate lets you capture recipes from links, text, and images, organize them into a library and cookbooks, plan meals, generate shopping lists, discover recipes, and create and share video reels. Features may change or improve over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your region.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, photos, videos, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you — for example, to build your shopping list or generate a reel you asked for. When you choose to share a reel, you grant recipients the ability to view it and save the linked recipes.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the app to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

6. Third-party recipes & links

Recipes you capture may originate from third-party sites and creators. You’re responsible for respecting their rights and terms. Save My Plate is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, the platforms you capture content from.

7. AI features

Recipe extraction and suggestions are automated and provided “as is.” They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always review a captured recipe — including ingredients and quantities — before you rely on it.

8. Food, allergen & nutrition disclaimer

Save My Plate is not a source of medical, nutritional, or allergen advice. Ingredient lists, nutrition figures, and substitution suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify ingredients yourself, especially for allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design, logos, and software are owned by Save My Plate and protected by law. These terms don’t grant you rights to our branding except as needed to use the app normally.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save My Plate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
